The evolution of MAXIM MACHINES: from his creation like PALOMAX until today
In this article want to explain the history of MAXIM MACHINES, for this have to go to the date of creation of PALOMAX (the company ancestor) which founded in 1977 with 2 friends: Rafael Pablo and Pedro Lopez of our names arose the mark: PABLO – THEFISH – MAXIMO; fulfilling my sleep for having an own company.
I initiated my labour path in Valls (Tarragona) to the 16 years paginating my studios of mechanics with the work in the workshop of maintenance of the company MONIX, where learnt a lot given the quality of the officials that there was in staff which when seeing my interest and restlessness by the profession dumped in teaching me desinteresadamente. To the following year hired me in MANUSA like official where was 1 year and half working, had the opportunity to manufacture machines thanks to the confidence of the director Jose María Guilera the one who gave me the opportunity and confidence to work in his squad. To continuation, moved me with the family to Canovellas (Barcelona) where began to work in CEMEN and to the age of 20 years went up me the category to Official of 1º exerting in occasions the position of manager of workshop given my capacities and knowledges. While it worked there they contacted me of WORKSHOPS MARTINEZ to do hours like external after my working time, went here where knew to Rafa and Pedro with which spent some 2 years decide to found PALOMAX. The first client of the company was Prensoland, with which at present continue working after 47 years. In 2009 Rafael leave to form part of the company, and in 2014 Pedro offered me the sale of his part of the business continuing in staff like operario; condition that accepted when being a loyal and hard-working person. I appreciate the years that were the three together, as especially the homes are the hardest. In this way I remained me like only owner and could fulfil the aim in my measure: lead a company and that this spent my name, like this was born MÀXIM MACHINES.
My form to see the business world is distinct, do not consider me a boss in the strict sense of the word as my eagerness is to maintain a good relation with the personnel like mates; logically it has to have a balance among the relation and the good direction of the company, but consider to my squad like a family. Always I boast to having led both companies with the sufficient tarpaulin as to having held the different crises without having to close the business. I think that always it has helped me my positive vision, think that with confidence and obstinacy surpass the difficulties, although the life no put it to you easy. I always have been the visible face of the company in front of the clients and these have trusted always in me, as they know that never I have failed them and always answer fast with solutions.
This way to work at present is changing with the arrival of the new generations in managerial places and engineers; as although before it valued the experience and bagaje of the people in the sector and asked councils or opinions put that the paper holds it everything, but in production the thing changes, now do not take the contribution of the people of workshop … utmost error! Since I see things that do me spend the hands in command and costs me lidiar with these positions, therefore in 2020 spent to form part of MAXIM MACHINES my right hand, Judith Benet, which helps me to understand the change generacional and the distinct forms to work in the current times. With her and my win to continue working in this project trust to give a jump advance with solidity to face the new stages of the company and, as always, betting by the people that form part of the squad of production that for me are my priority.
